BEFORE YOU GO

A Few Things Worth Checking

Pool timetables change, so check the live timetable before you leave — especially during school holidays.

Look at the session and pool, not just the venue. A toddler session in a teaching pool can be a very different proposition from a general family swim in the main pool.

Going solo or taking more than one child? Check the venue’s adult-to-child supervision ratio before booking.

And don't underestimate the post-swim logistics: family changing, buggy access, lockers and somewhere to refuel can make the difference between an easy rainy-day rescue and a very long morning.
